fonaCAB Tour 8 - The Old Bushmills Distillery
Formerly known as the Portcaman, Bushmills, located in County Antrim has become known worldwide for the famous Old Bushmills Whiskey Distillery.

Famous for being the oldest licensed Distillery in the world, having received its license to distil in 1608, Bushmills Whiskey was reputed to be a favourite among the revellers of British King James’ court at this time.

In 1784 the distillery became an officially registered company. The Old Bushmills Distillery is the fact that distilling, blending, maturation and bottling are all carried out under one roof.

During the stay at the Distillery you can experience for yourself the craft and skills of making Irish Single Malt Whiskey by enjoying a guided tour which explains the process from the beginning to the end and which concludes with an opportunity to taste and purchase the product.

TOUR NOTES:
November to March Tours:
Monday to Friday Five tours daily at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm and Saturday and Sunday three tours daily 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.
April to October (last tour 4pm each day):
Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm and Sunday 12noon To 5.30pm.
